This San Miguel de Allende Engagement Session was a destination wedding with a combined engagement photoshoot!

Planning a destination wedding and trying to squeeze in your engagement photos can prove difficult. However, it’s a great way to get acclimated with your wedding photographer (even your hair & makeup vendors) before the wedding. Most destination couples try to meet their photographer in person for the first time before the wedding. Which is a great opportunity to connect and feel more comfortable in front of the camera before your wedding day arrives!

This San Miguel Engagement Session was actually shot the day before the wedding! And was photographed in the style of a couple’s engagement session. It’s such a great example of how to work in your session before your destination wedding. While this couples wedding day in the countryside was nothing short of picturesque, these two took advantage of the destination in the colorful streets in the heart of San Miguel De Allende.
