The Ritz Paris is one of the most luxurious wedding venues in Paris, the pinnacle of French Luxury, and of course one of the most exclusive hotels in all of Europe. The Grand Jardin and terraces are undoubtedly unique at the Hôtel Ritz and known the world over. This suite chosen for getting ready photos overlooks the garden. It is accordingly decorated in shades of blue, neutrals, white, and gold – the iconic Ritz color palette. Moreover, the details featured herein on the invitation suite and welcome gifts are drawn from this inspiration. Intending to be an extension of the room’s decor itself from the walls to the upholstery ensuite. You’ll also find an unexpected guest accompanying our bride in the suite. The Ritz Paris is pet friendly which allowed our bride a quick nuzzled-up snuggle wth her furry friend!
The gown our bride is wearing is by designer Dylan Parienty Paris. The “Megane” dress is a voluminous couture gown. Thus designed with several layers of pleated ivory tulle, cut in a circle shape for the skirt, a pleated tulle draped V neck top, and a sun-pleated cape from tulle in the V back.
The cake was inspired by the delicate textures and embroidery that one might find on a beautiful bespoke gown. Using subtle but interesting detail to create depth and dimension, which births an air of romance.
My favorite part of the shoot was the magical sunset over the Seine. As the light got lower and my camera tried to keep up with the fading light, the movement of the bride and groom became more blurry – rendering an already iconic scene into moments like an impressionist’s paintings. All in all, the perfect nod to the richness of art and culture of Paris.
Janna Brown says of this design:
“Our bride and groom were enveloped in luxury in a sprawling suite in the Ritz Paris that was brimming with lush florals, champagne, the feast of macaroons, and Parisian charm at every turn. She stunned in a cascading layered Dylan Parienty gown, and he was the epitome of dapper in his tailored Bencivenga Alta Sortoria tuxedo.
After a series of portraits on the balcony and upper terrace of the Ritz Paris, we ventured into the city for iconic imagery near the Louvre and Petit Palais before capturing the golden hour and sunset on Pont Alexandre III.”
Additionally, a classic car was provided for our bride & groom to drive around Paris. Undeniably creating even more stunning wedding day photo opportunities around the splendid city of romance
