WHEN DO WE RECEIVE OUR IMAGES?

ANSWER:

QUESTION:

Every wedding and portrait session is different so it's hard to give a number! I promise you'll get all the good ones - usually, more than you’ll know what to do with! I don’t like to give a cutoff number because I don’t believe in withholding anything from you. I promise to capture your memories fully, down to every little detail.

HOW MANY IMAGES DO YOU INCLUDE?

ANSWER:

QUESTION:

All collections include high resolution digital negatives with personal printing rights to print as much as you want, as often as you want. Prints can also be ordered directly from your gallery. Collections include a custom-designed heirloom album. I will also create bespoke canvas wall art suggestions designed for your home. Seeing your photos in a physical manner is the best way to enjoy them for decades to come.

WILL YOU PHOTOGRAPH OUR KIND OF WEDDING / FAMILY / ETC?

I am a 100% inclusive business. I happily photograph clients of all religious and ethnic backgrounds, abilities, nationalities, gender orientations and lifestyle. If you have any specific requests, questions, preferences or concerns, I will go above and beyond to satisfy your needs and make your comfort a priority. All are welcome in front of my lens.

QUESTION:

ANSWER:

HOW DO WE BOOK?

I require a $1000 non-refundable retainer on wedding collections, or 30% on other sessions. I do not “hold dates” without a retainer. Custom payment plans are available. Any remaining balance is usually due one month before your date.

QUESTION:

ANSWER:

WHAT IF THERE’S BAD WEATHER?

For weddings: I always encourage embracing whatever weather comes, as it often makes for more unique and beautiful photos - check out this rainy engagement session up here on my blog. If it's bad enough to pose a safety risk or equipment damage, we'll make reasonable modifications.

For portrait clients: My studio is usually available to move any outdoor session indoors. I will do my best to coordinate with clients to work out a solution within a reasonable timeframe as per circumstance and determine if / when a reschedule is necessary. Your retainer will simply transfer to our rescheduled date. If you chose to cancel altogether without rescheduling, you will not receive your retainer back.

I cannot guarantee what has been forecasted day-of will become reality. We could cancel in the morning due to a high chance of rain, and there may still be sunny skies later. Or, it could start pouring out of nowhere on an otherwise clear day. I also cannot guarantee the weather will be any better on our reschedule date. I will share my next available dates and generally do my best to accommodate or offer alternate solutions.
